fc501c7BLE search now reports the full advertisement, not just name and manufacturer data. `FoundPeripheral` gains `local_name`, `rssi`, `service_uuids`, `service_data`, `tx_power_level`, `is_connectable`, `overflow_service_uuids`, and `raw_advertisement` (Android only). Device drivers additionally log every peripheral they decline to claim, with the reason, so a device that fails to pair can be told apart from one that never advertised.

e054d00Glucometer syncs now wait for the meter to finish sending its stored records. Previously `MonitorForReading` returned as soon as the meter acknowledged the "report stored records" request, so `autoMonitor` disconnected before any record arrived and a sync of a ReliOn Platinum (and other standard glucose-profile meters on the legacy path) reported 0 readings. The monitor now waits for the meter's records-access completion response, a disconnect, or 10 seconds without a new record, plus a short grace period for a record that lands just after the completion response.
